The motor story and yoga in primary teaching. Interdisciplinary experience possibility from Physical Education

Abstract
We can incorporate yoga into our movements by practising breathing, relaxation and concentration. This will give better quality to each physical discovery made by the students, as they will take it in by a harmonious way that is within their capabilities. During primary education all of these elements can be developed in the area of physical education, making use of the method called motor stories. In this article we will explain a few steps of the practice of the specialist in physical education in order to structure and develop his tasks but additionally, we will suggest the possibility of an interdisciplinary experience in relation to the formative power of the stories and we will brain the teacher group how to work together, step by step.
