Abstract

This article explains a proposal for the pedagogical practice and the learning of the Physical Education that tries to imply to the maximum to the student in the teaching-learning process. Students choose, design and carry out the sessions adopting the role of teacher of their partners. The article is based on the results of investigation made during four years in the high school and after three years outside of the professor’s influence, we studied the consequences of the self-management learning with some of the students. We try to extract some suggestions about possible applications and to check the great educational potential of the self-management.
