Abstract
What factors define and identify technical quality in adventure tourism in different regions in different countries around the world? This study process draws conclusions about which specific technical parameters measure the service quality delivered by companies specialising in adventure activities. Once the main parameters (entity, main activity, safety, environment, human resources, customer and material resources) and sublevels (protocols, information, transmission, knowledge, care, profile, loyalty, adaptation, processes, identification, treatment, control, preparation and recognition) have been recognised, they can be assessed and measured using a specific and concrete model such as HEVATM to obtain objective information about the level of quality.
