Abstract
These work plants the
problematic pedagogical situation that sports competition faces in its initiation process, that is to say, in the framework of the educative system as school competition as related to the chronological age of those involved.
On the contrary of what is usually affirmed, sports competition does not produce, in strict sense, a pedagogical situation adequate for education, but from the point of view of emotional life, is a producer of destabilising experiences, since it is a question of preparing for a confrontation which demands high levels of aggressiveness.
Emotional balance is a basic consequence in people’s
educative process since throughout life, emotional flow praise vital experience to abundance, comfort and health or on the other hand to pain, frustration or illness. Of the importance of an optimum emotional education, comes the need to count highly qualified pedagogues to orientate the processes of initiation in sporting competition at an early age.
