Abstract
Body posture is not a strictly static notion, and it is necessary to analize those movements and exercises that frequently occur and which have direct repercussions on various structures of the locomotive apparatus, fundamentally in the rachis. In this review, a study is offered of two exercises widely used in the clinical sphere and physical activity, like the stretching in torso bending and the tests of flexibility of Distance Fingers-Sole and Distance Fingers-Floor, that are frequently done with doubtful accuracy. We can show how its incorrect performance has a negative influence on the stability of the rachis and establish ways of doing it correctly.
