Learned helplessness in Physical Education: a psichological view

Abstract
Children can learn to be incompetent in P.E. classes. This is a possibility that can occur and evidence shows that a 20% of school children accept that they will not be able of learning motor skills. Failure and feelings of learned helplessness makes that some pupils give up any effort and accept this condition. In this article the author makes a reflections and some pedagogical proposals.
