Abstract
In the trend of the first part of this work and inside the universe of sport, we develop the thirteen activity groups which are going to be carried out in both fields of action: Internal (school) and External (natural environment). In this editorial wewill treat the first field, which contains seven groups of defined practices which happen in the school frame. The second field, which we will treat in the next and last editorial, consists of six groups of activities whcih happen in great meassure in the natural environment through independent pracitces in intensive regime, making use of the different seasonal periods.
