Abstract
Regular physical activity reduces risk of premature death because it improves typical degenerative chronic diseases of the civilized world risk factors, retarding or impeding its appearance. In this article we want to extend the understanding of this relationship and to explain why physical activity produces so many benefits, and why physical activity improves so many diseases risk factors. We found that it happens, because appropriate values of habitual physical activity produce an amalgamation between our current lifestyle and the natural one of our species, for which our genome were selected through the evolution process.
