Abstract
The objective of the present work has been evaluated the effects that in children has their/its/your/his participation in the program of designed sports training and controlled in minibasket through the Index of Korcek (Experimental Group, N = 12), on the power anaerobic in comparison with a group of not planned training (Control Group, N = 12). The control of the program was accomplished registering the cardiac frequency through Sport Tester in the training meetings and adjusting the load the same according to the Index of Korcek to the “week planing” established in the annual planning. The training program was accomplished throughout 7 months, with data withdrawals in two different moments (first and seventh month). The valuation of the power anaerobic through the accomplishment of the Wingate test in bicycle ergometry. They were controlled the chronological and biological age variables, weight, height, two muscular perimeters, two bony diameters and three plaits, being valued all they continuing the procedures established by the “IWGK” and “GREC”. The results show improvements of the power anaerobic in the GE. The components of the GE present meaningful improvements in the resistance anaerobic with respect to the GC, improving substantially the fatigue Index.
