Abstract
In this work a valoration is made of dancing as an educational element, that offers secondary school teachers the chance to influence the formation of adolescent pupils, from an integrational point of view in physical planes, intellectual and emotional. We point out the benefits of working with dancing, both in the motor ambit as well as the socioaffective of the adolescent, taking into account the peculiarities of this growth stage. Finally we touch on the different modes of dance which exist and the level of influence of each one in the betterment of the quoted ambits.
