Abstract
The increase in speed in present day tennis is becoming a key factor in achieving sporting success. This fact implies basically a reorientation of planning, with a greater training load directed towards the development of the “explosion” of force. Together with this, we present a form of work of explosive force that tries to respect the neuromuscular sequence of the techniques of competition.
