Abstract
This article presents the essence of some messages that encourage more sustainable development in order to make available a few simple resources which are easily applicable in our lives and professional practice. Specifically, the paper seeks to stimulate a constructive critical attitude towards sport and especially in relation to its practice in the natural environment. Thus, the article shows the current status of sport with the aim of engaging the reader and turning sport into a driving force for transformation towards a more humane and sustainable society.
