Abstract
The object of the following article is to adapt the method of working in circuit to the sessions of physical activity for the elderly. Taking as a starting point the idea of circuit used as a method in the traditional sessions of physical activity or in specific training sessions and given that the object of this form of work in this type of session, it is very different from the object in the body work with groups of the elderly. We find a common point that will be the form and method of working. In the first part of this article we present theoretical aspects and the different concepts of circuit to connect it later with the objects of body work with the elderly and put forward the pertinent adaptations. In the second part a series of proposals of different circuits is presented, prepared for working with the elderly and which answer to the different objectives with this age group.
