Abstract
This research presents an intervention of outdoor-training activities to improve the sport team’s cohesion, understanding a concept of cohesion by a lineal model of Carron (1982), the activities have been made to affect into a team as a whole (collective identity),set common targets, define roles, structured communication forms and team efficiency, to got a better level of cohesion after the intervention at the experimental group, in a qualitative analisis of a social spectrum and applying at the G.E.Q questionnaire (Group Environment Questionnaire) of Carron, Brawley and Widmeyer (1985) and to achieve a significant impronement in the Wilcoxon test that validate our hipotesis presentation.
