Abstract

There are numerous factors that can affect the tasks in the training; nevertheless, the ones that less have been studied are those related to how relate the space, the groups and the rotation of the players during the exercise and, above all, which ones are the most effective. These are the aspects that we are dealing with in the present study. A descriptive study was carried out in which the objective was to analyze how organization in tasks design of training sessions in team sports has an influence on the index of participation of players during those sessions. The study was applied to Granada CB teams, from juniors to seniors, or Granada ACB. The subsequent analysis of the data revealed significant differences in some of the variables, for example in the ways of grouping, where it was observed that the utilization of rows for tasks organization diminishes the index of participation.
