Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify those factors that from workers stand point are important to determine their satisfaction according to the job they do in the Monterrey Sports Direction. The research was done in a sample of 175 workers out of a total of 322, with a error margin of 5% and I. C. of 95%. The tool used was a questionnaire which consists of an introduction and 6 dimensions. The most important results show that it is not well valued: the quantity adequacy and availability to have room to work, the tools, security and cleanliness, also the recognition to the work they perform and the possibilities of improvement; meanwhile what was best valued was: the commitment to the organization general goals, good attitude of it to adapt and take care of their needs and interests, also to enjoy a good work environment, having consequently a good global satisfaction. While comparing the workers’ satisfaction dimensions by groups of age and working area significant differences were not found, only were fond by gender giving the highest scores man than women.
