Abstract
The author presents a series of systematic teaching factors for educational introduction to aerobic endurance, focusing on methods that can be used in schools over a prolonged period of time. The underlying doctrine was developed by the author as a result of his experience with a group of children who took part in a Cooperative Physical Education school programme whose core content included developing aerobic endurance. Criteria for use in teaching are approached from the primary or secondary school standpoint, although they can also be adapted to other areas such as training at any age, leisure time activities, etc. This issue deals with the role of all activities associated with its practice, with an emphasis on singing while running.
