Abstract
Within the training process a very important aspect is its planning and organiza- tion. This is the area more ignored and less organized, which in reality is the fundamental base for obtaining better results.
The current trends (from the general syndrome of adaptation of Seyle, applied by Matveiev, to the system of blocks of Verchosanskij, the cyclization and individual structure of Bondarciuk, etc.) seems to be oriented in the future towards a cybernetics line, actually quite relevant in both fields.
It is necessary, then, to generate research projects on the above mentioned object of knowledge.
This project comes from here, particularly in the area of sports, performed in natural surroundings, with the object of knowing how it can be organized, from a purely theoretical point of view, the full process of training in these types of sports.
