Such proposals, due to new conceptual planning and methods of acting in our present day society, are understood in an eclectic way, exceeding the limitations that other traditional models contribute.
As a result, a great variety of optional exercises has appeared that needs to be situated, defined and delimited with exactitude to guarantee that his quantitative advance is also, at the same time, qualitative, in such a way that we can adequately guide this emerging process.
