Abstract
Fear is an emotion that frequently appears in motor-learning situations, whose consequences can be rather negative. This article analyses the different kinds of fear that may arise when performing specific motor tasks, as well as the possible factors that can cause it, both internal and external to the individual learner. Finally, a series of techniques or recommendations are proposed so that the teachers and trainers help learners to overcome their fear.
