Abstract
In order to know how towns of the country have worked out fees for swimming pool facilities, we have researched web sites of provincial capitals. By doing this, we have found specific data in the bylaws of 29 cities. This data have been classified according to the number of inhabitants and has been analyzed to reach conclusions in terms of economic and preparatory legislation application. As a conclusion, the study suggests that it is necessary to consult the historical records of the costs, to work out the level of individual coverage of the admission ticket so that the viability of the facility can be guaranteed to the managers, regardless of the municipal subsidy for the equipment.
