Visual behaviour analysis of handball goal keppers in shoots performed 6 and 9 meters away from the goal

Abstract
The present study analyses the visual strategies used by handball goalkeepers and novel sport-men in the presence of a perception ball task in the laboratory. A throwing-ball machine situated in front of the subjects bowls balls randomly with different direction and height to a goal in which the subjects are placed. The aim of the subjects consist on perceiving the trajectory of the ball and express a value judgment about the zone of the goal by the ball exceeds the line of goal. The visual behaviour is registered by the software of visual system tracking (ETS, model ASL 5000) and the value judgment is evaluated by recorder analysis and list of datas.
