Abstract
With the experience described we offer a way of living free time from an Educational-Recreational perspective that accepts diversity. After considering the importance of leisure time for people with disabilities the article presents some proposals based on an expressive recreational methodology and contents aimed at favouring normalisation and understanding of the fact that people who are different must have the same opportunities as the rest of society.
