Abstract
This article is the literary version, in colloquial tone, of the round table, which was a part of the opening act of the meeting on Sport and Immigration. It was chaired by Dr. Silvia Carrasco, professor of Anthropology in the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Those who intervened in order of participation, were:
Yusef el Nasri, European under-23 champion, 5000 m. (Amsterdam 2001).
Andreu Camps, doctor in Law, Professor for Legislation and Sport Organisation in INEFC-Lleida, and players agent.
Kinda Marrawi, student of Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona (UB) and collaborator in the project “Women” of the Politechnical University of Catalunya (UPC).
Mila García, Professor of INEFC- Barcelona and director of the “Study Group of Women and Sport (GEDE)”.
After the intervention of the table guests, there was a debate full of rich comments which have been included in this article.
