Abstract
Since 1980, year in which the magazine Apunts of Sport Medicine the article “The inventions of Leonardo da Vinci and his actual sport application”, Leonardo, the genius from the Renaissance, has been for us a reference character. This year, in the Corsini Palace of Rome, there’s an exposition which will be traveling, dedicated to Codex Atlanticus. With it it is pretended to descover to the world the artifacts and inventions of he who was ahead of his time. In the sample there are good copies of the original Codex, which is located in the Ambrosian Library of Milan, performed between 1894 and 1904 by Ulrico Hoepli under the custodyof the Lincei Academy. The exposition is completed by great format reproductions of invetions and machines like battle carriages, hydraulic mechanisms, flying machines, etc. proceding from the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, the Science Museum of Florence, and the Boldetti Collection.
