{"id":14280,"date":"2020-10-27T12:15:17","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T12:15:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/?p=14280"},"modified":"2020-10-28T11:21:07","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T11:21:07","slug":"maximal-fat-oxidation-by-heart-rate-variability-in-physically-active-subjects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/en\/maximal-fat-oxidation-by-heart-rate-variability-in-physically-active-subjects\/","title":{"rendered":"Maximal Fat Oxidation by Heart Rate Variability in Physically Active Subjects"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abstract<\/h2>\n\n\n<p><em>Introducci\u00f3n.<\/em> El objetivo de este estudio es identificar la intensidad del punto de m\u00e1xima oxidaci\u00f3n de grasas (Fatmax) y su relaci\u00f3n con el primer umbral de variabilidad de frecuencia cardiaca (UVFC1). <em>Sujetos y m\u00e9todos.<\/em> 23 sujetos (10 hombres; 13 mujeres), IMC 24,3\u2009\u00b1\u20093,1 kg\/m2, edad 32\u2009\u00b1\u200910 a\u00f1os, f\u00edsicamente activos (\u2265600 METS minuto-semana), realizaron un test incremental por escalones en cicloerg\u00f3metro. Se registr\u00f3 el V\u00b7\u2009O2, V\u00b7\u2009CO2, VFC y la oxidaci\u00f3n de grasa para cada etapa. Para el an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico se usaron medidas de tendencia central, contrastaci\u00f3n de medias, coeficiente de correlaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de gr\u00e1ficos de Bland-Altman. <em>Resultados.<\/em> Los valores para Fatmax vs. el UVFC1 fueron de 48.7\u2009\u00b1\u20097.1 vs 55.4\u2009\u00b1\u20099.2 %V\u00b7\u2009O2pico, 68\u2009\u00b1\u200934 vs. 84\u2009\u00b1\u200939 Watts, 112\u2009\u00b1\u200914 vs.125\u2009\u00b1\u200911 lpm y 1.25\u2009\u00b1\u2009.49 vs. 1.41\u2009\u00b1\u2009.54 L\u2009\u00b7\u2009min\u20131, todas las intensidades presentaron diferencias significativas (p\u2009&lt;\u2009.01) y se identificaron correlaciones superiores a .8 para W y V\u00b7\u2009O2. El valor de SD1 en Fatmax fue 5.56\u2009\u00b1\u20092.8 ms. El Fatmax se ubic\u00f3 al 84.2; 90.5 y 90.5% de la carga en W, FC y V\u00b7\u2009O2pico del UVFC1 respectivamente. El valor de 84.2%UVFC1 y SD1\u2009=\u20095.56 en intensidad de watts no presentaron diferencias significativas (<em>p\u2009&gt;\u2009<\/em>.05), correlaciones superiores a .8, un sesgo de \u22483W y buen nivel de acuerdo con los valores de Fatmax. <em>Conclusi\u00f3n.<\/em> Existe correlaci\u00f3n entre UVFC1 y el Fatmax en las variables de V\u00b7\u2009O2 y Watts.
