The study sample consisted of 215 subjects, who were administered a questionnaire. The main goal of this research was to analyse the profile of the users and their perceptions of these facilities. Demographic changes were identified in comparison to previous publications as regards the gender and age of users. In addition, information was obtained on the use made of swimming pools, participation in organised water activities and means of transportation to the facility, among others.
