The author presents a series of systematic teaching factors for educational introduction to aerobic endurance, focusing on methods that can be used in schools over a prolonged period of time. The underlying doctrine was developed by the author as a result of his experience with a group of children who took part in a Cooperative Physical Education school programme whose core content included developing aerobic endurance.
