Both direct agents (coaches, parents, young athletes and referees) and indirect agents (institutional leaders, elite athletes and media) familiar to the young athletes from 10 schools in the province of \u00c1lava participated. Three strategies were implemented: 1) &#8220;sporting gesture&#8221;, 2) training workshops and, 3) the activity of the &#8220;world caf\u00e9&#8221;, which aimed to reduce the incidence of unsportsmanlike behaviour in sporting contexts at school, subsequently promoting good sportsmanship.
