The use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) makes possible the development of new methodological strategies in order to improve students\u2019 independent learning. How are these changes affecting the education of the future Physical Activity and Sports Science\u2019 graduates? How can we methodologically renew and update the Physical Activity and Sports Science degree? We present an innovative approach implemented in the National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia\u2013at Lleida Centre from the 2008-09 academic year.
