We used a<br \/>qualitative methodology involving a content analysis of the quality commitments. The system of variables was divided into<br \/>three dimensions: purpose (target audience), theme (aspect that it is about) and time (when the indicator is measured). The<br \/>results indicate that the joint sports facilitation services focus on achieving user participation results through an increase in<br \/>the number of activities and the way of carrying them out, taking into consideration feedback and marketing. The time period<br \/>most frequently used in the measurement of the indicators is annual.
