In every age and culture, its compositions bring us the abstraction of the ideals of a particular physical culture. An exhaustive choreographic analysis allows us to examine the way choreographers think about the body and space. Some theorists affirm that the evolution of spatial concepts represents the true advance of any art (Yates, 2002, p. 19). How does spatial design vary in choreography? Are there styles determined by the epoch and ideals? In space we have found a key element of choreographic analysis, and to fully examine it we have developed an analytical tool based upon choreographic analysis and motor praxis (Botana, 2007).
