Such methodologies try to offer the participants useful tools by helping them to boost their own autonomous monitoring within the skill\u2019s process of acquisition. Studies such as Masters et al. about explicit-implicit teaching and Wulf et al. about the focus of attention show examples of first person methodologies and present some general notions about how to use them.
