Sample was a group of 31 men weightlifters from different weight categories. The comparative study included two groups, taking into account relative performance (weight lifted relative to body mass). 3D photogrammetry technique was utilized. Regarding group differences, we can conclude that lifters belonging to higher relative performance group are more efficient, as they manage to have a more barbell vertical trajectories and a minor horizontal displacement of the bar at the instant in which the bar reaches the maximum height and at the instant of catching (<em>p<\/em>: 0.030 and <em>p<\/em>: 0.005 respectively) and a minor backward horizontal displacement of the feet (<em>p<\/em>: 0,012). There are not differences between groups in the vertical displacement of the bar.
