The sample was formed by students from two public schools (<em>N<\/em>=160), with an average age of 10.6 years (<em>N<\/em>= 79 experimental group y <em>N<\/em>= 81 control group). The Intervention Program was applied to the experimental group in twenty-four one-hour-long sessions. At the same time the control group took sessions of physical education that they had programmed. The results showed, in the experimental group, a significant improvement in assertive behaviours and a decrease of aggressive behaviours, both in sport and in other contexts.
