Methods: The study sample consists of 28 subjects between 15-18 years old, high-level volleyball players. TRAL is the independent variable and postural control will be the dependent variable. A paired test will be taken before and after the training. Postural control was measured with an electronic force platform (Buratto Advanced) three times: three months before training, at the conclusion of this training period, and for a further three months after the propioceptive training. Results: The training period shows a significant reduction of movements of the centre of pressure in women and there was only a significant reduction in one of the test in men.
