This work tries to compare the subjective sensation of force shown in the first series in a session of interval training of medium global load (8 series of 5 minutes) with the force shown at the end of the last series.
We relied on the participation of 14 subjects (INEFC students from Lleida): age 22.6\u00b11.4. years; weight 69.3\u00b17.7.kg; height 174.8\u00b15.2 cm: percent of fat 11.7\u00b12.7%, who undertook a training session on a grass track (8 series of 5 minutes at an intensity 105% lactic threshold. At the end of each of the series we asked each to express the subjective sensation of force for the local central and total values on a scale from 6 to 20.
We found significant differences between the sensation of force obtained in the first series and that obtained in the last series for the three values asked for (p<0.05). We conclude that the subjective sensation of force is different and higher in a person at the end of the last series with respect to that shown alter the first series for a work load of medium intensity.<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
