There are different positions in favor or against which set trainer in very difficult situation. This article discusses such positions by proposing a way to design this planning, considering coherence required among the training foundations in childhood with its corresponding objectives. It is also necesary to take into account the necesary promotios of an integral development by means of the sport practice.
