With the adaptation of the ground (any sporting area), of material (stick and disk), learning process, technical regulations, rules and the exclusion of skates, indoor hockey was born as a collective sport of 6 players on the field with a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 11. It is played in 3 parts of 9 minutes with a change of players every 3 minutes. It is a sport that has given and can offer even more possibilities of participation to sports persons of all levels with different limitations, given that it is fast and easy to learn and very &#8220;happy&#8221;.
