In this work we introduce a Didactical Unity of Fly-sheet-flutter practice experience in the Obligatory Secondary Education, as a innovate content in the Physical Education area and with a totally interdisciplinary character. This sport is included in the air activities in the nature and shows a series of educational advantages, about other contents of Physical Education area. We consider its inclusion on the E.S.O., in spite of its difficulties at the moment of developing this practice in a school level.
