This article presents a study referring to train the acrobatic phase in Pole Vault. This variety in athletics, in a beginning, was a kind of Gymnastics. Technical and comparative analysis between artistic gymnastics and pole vault suggest a similitude in the process of training. Finally we propose a fine lot of acrobatic skills with a height transference for pole\u2014vaulter. We hope that this provide a new methodology to acrobatic train of the pole \u2014vaulter and new Technical train experience for gymnast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
