The Hydrographical Confederations, as managers of the recourse \u201cwater\u201d ought to co-ordinate the different demands for the use of this recourse from a base of reasonable requests of the different users. In this work we present for the first time in Spain a methodology adapted to the necessities of this type of recreative uses.
