As it can be seen, the board announcesthe Danc of Sports celebrated on February 15 of the current year 1930 (after this date it was reused several times). The board shows three men, a young lady, and an element with an aspect similar to a humanized football, all of them dressed with costumes and attitudes of those of halloween.
