Hi ha una mancan\u00e7a de bibliografia sobre l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de la fatiga en aquest esport, en contrast amb la informaci\u00f3 referent a la modalitat ol\u00edmpica. L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquest estudi va ser calcular els valors cardiocirculatoris, metab\u00f2lics i perceptius en una competici\u00f3 internacional d\u2019esgrima en cadira de rodes per augmentar els recursos en la programaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica de l\u2019entrenament en aquest esport. Hi van competir 16 tiradors de categoria A (7) i categoria B (9), als quals es va monitorar la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, el lactat en sang i la percepci\u00f3 d\u2019esfor\u00e7 en cada fase de la competici\u00f3. Tant la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca (<em>p<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;.014) com el lactat en sang (<em>p<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;.037) i la percepci\u00f3 d\u2019esfor\u00e7 (<em>p<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;0.04) van augmentar m\u00e9s en la fase d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa que en la <em>poule<\/em>, i es va estabilitzar en el tram final de competici\u00f3. En conclusi\u00f3, tots els par\u00e0metres analitzats tendeixen a incrementar-se despr\u00e9s de la fase de <em>poule<\/em> i arriben als seus valors m\u00e0xims en les eliminacions directes. Malgrat que els valors metab\u00f2lics van superar lleument el llindar aer\u00f2bic, \u00e9s necessari crear una estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019entrenament per demorar la fatiga i evitar aix\u00ed errors coordinatius, la qual cosa \u00e9s tan important en aquesta modalitat paral\u00edmpica que necessita alta precisi\u00f3 a velocitat m\u00e0xima.<\/p>\n\n\n <div class=\"tags\"> <p><strong>Paraules clau:<\/strong> <span>esgrima paral\u00edmpica<\/span>, <span>freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca<\/span>, <span>lactat<\/span>, <span>percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019esfor\u00e7<\/span><\/p> <\/div> \n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Introducci\u00f3&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019esgrima ol\u00edmpica \u00e9s un esport ac\u00edclic amb un gran nombre d\u2019accions a alta velocitat. En termes d\u2019energia demanada, en una competici\u00f3 que inclou diversos assalts en un interval total de 3-4 hores, l\u2019\u00fas del sistema aer\u00f2bic \u00e9s del 80-90\u2006% (<a href=\"#2\" class=\"ek-link\">Bottoms et al., 2023<\/a>). Aquest aspecte \u00e9s m\u00e9s marcat en les eliminacions directes, amb una estimaci\u00f3 d\u2019esfor\u00e7 realitzat d\u2019uns 8.6&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.54 mets (<a href=\"#16\" class=\"ek-link\">Milia et al., 2014<\/a>); per tant, la millora d\u2019aquest sistema, exemplificat en adaptacions com ara l\u2019augment de la mida i el nombre de mitocondris, ajudar\u00e0 a mantenir la intensitat m\u00e9s temps (<a href=\"#30\" class=\"ek-link\">Yang et al., 2022<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La naturalesa d\u2019aquest esport \u00e9s tenir un car\u00e0cter intermitent, que requereix una gran quantitat d\u2019energia del sistema de fosf\u00e0gens (<a href=\"#26\" class=\"ek-link\">Turner et al., 2014<\/a>). Des d\u2019una perspectiva anal\u00edtica, en un assalt es produeixen est\u00edmuls de car\u00e0cter anaer\u00f2bic al\u00e0ctic per la successi\u00f3 d\u2019accions en la unitat de temps, que poden arribar a valors de lactat superiors a 4mmol\u00b7l<sup>-1<\/sup> (<a href=\"#25\" class=\"ek-link\">Turner et al., 2017a<\/a>), tenint en compte les rondes inicials classificat\u00f2ries de <em>poule<\/em> i les seg\u00fcents d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa, fins al final de la competici\u00f3, on la dificultat dels rivals s\u2019incrementa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calcular la intensitat a qu\u00e8 competeix un tirador des del punt de vista cardiorespiratori \u00e9s crucial per a la programaci\u00f3 de la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica. Malgrat que l\u2019exig\u00e8ncia d\u2019una competici\u00f3 en cadira de rodes \u00e9s inferior a la d\u2019esgrima dempeus, i similar en assalts d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa (<a href=\"#11\" class=\"ek-link\">Iglesias et al., 2019<\/a>), no \u00e9s comparable a altres esports en cadira de rodes com el b\u00e0squet (<a href=\"#27\" class=\"ek-link\">Vaquera et al., 2016<\/a>) pel tipus d\u2019exig\u00e8ncia que cada un implica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenent com a refer\u00e8ncia l\u2019esgrima ol\u00edmpica, la contribuci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica en termes absoluts (<a href=\"#18\" class=\"ek-link\">Passali et al., 2015<\/a>) indica que l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 del sistema oxidatiu \u00e9s molt similar en les diferents fases d\u2019una competici\u00f3 (<em>poules<\/em>: 185.55&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;36.43 kJ; 1r assalt eliminatori: 185.46&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;28.81 kJ; 2n assalt eliminatori: 186.62&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;27.70 kJ). En el cas dels fosf\u00e0gens, hi ha m\u00e9s contribuci\u00f3 en les <em>poules<\/em> (28.70&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;10.09 kJ) que en les rondes directes (1a: 19.53&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;9.49 kJ; 2a: 22.25&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;9.27 kJ). Finalment, el sistema glucol\u00edtic \u00e9s molt superior en les <em>poules<\/em> (16.42&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;6.47 kJ) en comparaci\u00f3 amb les 2 rondes seg\u00fcents (1.20&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;1.32 kJ i 1.34&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;1.84 kJ, respectivament).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que fa a l\u2019energia relativa, el sistema oxidatiu t\u00e9 menys contribuci\u00f3 (<em>p<\/em>&nbsp;&lt;&nbsp;.05) en els assalts de <em>poule<\/em> (80.57&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;4.45\u2006%) que en comparaci\u00f3 amb el primer i segon assalt d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa a 15 tocats (90.02&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;4.69\u2006% i 88.8&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;4.28\u2006%), respectivament. D\u2019altra banda, el sistema glucol\u00edtic t\u00e9 m\u00e9s protagonisme en la primera ronda (6.97&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;2.53\u2006%) que en les dues fases seg\u00fcents (0.63&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.73\u2006% i 0.60&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.80\u2006%). En el cas dels fosf\u00e0gens, es mantenen estables amb alguna oscil\u00b7laci\u00f3 (<em>poules<\/em>: 12.44&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;6.67\u2006%; 1r assalt directe: 9.35&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;4.30\u2006%; 2n assalt directe: 10.60&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;4.52\u2006%) (<a href=\"#7\" class=\"ek-link\">Franchini, 2023<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La unitat de mesura amb qu\u00e8 se solen efectuar els mesuraments en aquestes competicions \u00e9s relacionant la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca de reserva i el nivell de VO<sub>2 <\/sub>m\u00e0x., aspecte discutit per alguns autors, que indiquen que se sobreestima aquest \u00faltim valor (en esports com la bicicleta o la cursa), per la qual cosa cal considerar-lo amb cautela (<a href=\"#9\" class=\"ek-link\">Guimar\u00e3es et al., 2019<\/a>). Aix\u00f2 ha estat confirmat per altres investigadors que indiquen que aquesta correlaci\u00f3 \u00e9s individual, per caracter\u00edstiques intr\u00ednseques que fan que no es pugui generalitzar (<a href=\"#6\" class=\"ek-link\">Ferri Marini et al., 2022<\/a>), ja que hi ha beneficis d\u2019altres capacitats que poden influir, com el fet que l\u2019entrenament de for\u00e7a pot contribuir a millorar la for\u00e7a resist\u00e8ncia en esports de lluita (<a href=\"#4\" class=\"ek-link\">Cid-Calfucura et al., 2023<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incidint en aquest punt, s\u00ed que hi ha consens a l\u2019hora d\u2019utilitzar valors perceptius i de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, atesa la provada alta correlaci\u00f3 entre la percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i les pulsacions per minut despr\u00e9s de fer exercici (<em>r&nbsp;=<\/em>&nbsp;.84 &#8211; .98), durant aquest (<em>r&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.73 &#8211; .85) i durant les seves fases respectives (<em>r&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.82 &#8211; .92) (<a href=\"#24\" class=\"ek-link\">Turner et al., 2017a<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les escales han demostrat ser un bon indicador de la intensitat fins i tot en exercicis de for\u00e7a, on la correlaci\u00f3 se situa en <em>r&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.8 (<a href=\"#14\" class=\"ek-link\">Lagally i Costigan, 2004<\/a>), fins i tot per valorar l\u2019impacte d\u2019una activitat amb precisi\u00f3 en persones amb cadira de rodes (<a href=\"#31\" class=\"ek-link\">Zhao et al., 2022<\/a>), per la qual cosa s\u2019ha revelat com un sistema fiable per a la regulaci\u00f3 de la intensitat en aquesta capacitat. Models com el de l\u2019escala Omni-res pot usar-se en exercicis de for\u00e7a tant per homes com per dones i, quan es produeixen increments de for\u00e7a, es veuen reflectits als \u00edtems de l\u2019escala, que varien d\u2019acord amb l\u2019exercici (<a href=\"#8\" class=\"ek-link\">Gearhart et al., 2009)<\/a>. Aquest aspecte \u00e9s rellevant, ja que ofereix als equips t\u00e8cnics eines per indicar les zones de treball segons els sistemes fisiol\u00f2gics involucrats (<a href=\"#13\" class=\"ek-link\">Lagally et al., 2009<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerant aquests detalls, seria possible anticipar una estrat\u00e8gia competitiva en la qual es tingui en compte la fatiga i es puguin agregar recursos que permetin retardar-la, tal com passa amb les nutricionals: una soluci\u00f3 de carbohidrats a la boca permet mantenir el nivell t\u00e8cnic, encara que no tingui el mateix efecte sobre la velocitat de reacci\u00f3 en espasistes d\u2019alt nivell (<a href=\"#21\" class=\"ek-link\">Rowlatt et al., 2017<\/a>). En aquest sentit, la deshidrataci\u00f3 \u00e9s freq\u00fcent i suposa un risc molt alt, m\u00e9s en el cas dels homes que de les dones, per la qual cosa la restituci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids \u00e9s fonamental, si no el pols es veur\u00e0 afectat i s\u2019elevar\u00e0 (<a href=\"#5\" class=\"ek-link\">Eda et al., 2022<\/a>), encara que no tingui efectes directes sobre el nivell de lactat (<a href=\"#3\" class=\"ek-link\">Chryssanthopoulos et al., 2020<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, l\u2019esgrima ol\u00edmpica i paral\u00edmpica presenta tres modalitats diferents (espasa, floret i sabre), amb temps de treball i descans diversos que requereixen una sol\u00b7licitaci\u00f3 de substrats energ\u00e8tics tamb\u00e9 diferenciada (<a href=\"#23\" class=\"ek-link\">Tarrag\u00f3 et al., 2023<\/a>). Alguns estudis s\u2019han centrat en l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de competicions simulades. Per exemple, en competici\u00f3 simulada de floret s\u2019han observat valors de pulsacions per minut i percepci\u00f3 d\u2019esfor\u00e7 (RPE, per les sigles en angl\u00e8s) superiors en assalts d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa (163&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;13&nbsp;bpm<sup>-1<\/sup> i 3.7&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;1.2&nbsp;RPE en <em>poule<\/em> i 170&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;10&nbsp;bpm<sup>-1 <\/sup>i 5.6&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;1.6&nbsp;RPE en eliminaci\u00f3 directa) (<a href=\"#2\" class=\"ek-link\">Bottoms et al., 2023<\/a>). En competici\u00f3 simulada d\u2019espasa s\u2019han trobat valors similars, per\u00f2 sense tantes difer\u00e8ncies entre eliminat\u00f2ries (168&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;12&nbsp;bpm<sup>-1<\/sup> en <em>poule<\/em> i 169&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;14&nbsp;bpm<sup>-1<\/sup> en eliminaci\u00f3 directa) (<a href=\"#17\" class=\"ek-link\">Oates et al., 2019<\/a>). Valoracions en competici\u00f3 oficial no s\u00f3n tan estudiades en la literatura, per\u00f2 es descriuen valors de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca i lactat en assalts d\u2019espasa masculina de 166&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;8&nbsp;bpm<sup>-1<\/sup> i 3.2&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.7&nbsp;mmol\u00b7l<sup>-1<\/sup>, i en floret femen\u00ed de 173&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;7&nbsp;bpm<sup>-1<\/sup> i 4.2&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.9&nbsp;mmol\u00b7l<sup>-1&nbsp;<\/sup> (<a href=\"#10\" class=\"ek-link\">Iglesias i Rodr\u00edguez, 1995<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bibliografia espec\u00edfica actual compta amb escasses dades espec\u00edfiques de l\u2019esgrima en cadira de rodes en situaci\u00f3 de combat. Un dels estudis m\u00e9s recents va descriure valors de consum d\u2019oxigen en assalts d\u2019entrenament de 23.3&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;6.1 ml\u00b7min<sup>-1<\/sup>\u00b7kg<sup>-1<\/sup> amb valors de 32.1&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;7.9&nbsp;ml\u00b7min<sup>-1<\/sup>\u00b7kg<sup>-1<\/sup>. Els registres de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca en aquests assalts d\u2019entrenament es corresponien amb una intensitat mitjana del 72.7&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;10.3\u2006% de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca m\u00e0xima dels tiradors. Aix\u00ed mateix, es van registrar valors de lactat de 3.5&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;3.6 mmol\u00b7min<sup>-1<\/sup> i una&nbsp;RPE de 4.8&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;3.2 (<a href=\"#17\" class=\"ek-link\">Oates et al., 2019<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atesa la poca varietat de treballs amb els quals establir una comparaci\u00f3 en la quantificaci\u00f3 de la despesa energ\u00e8tica i perceptiva en l\u2019esgrima en cadira de rodes en competici\u00f3 oficial, l\u2019objectiu del present estudi se centra a calcular els valors cardiocirculatoris (freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca de reserva [<a href=\"#1\" class=\"ek-link\">Bok et al., 2023<\/a>], \u00edndex de Wint [<a href=\"#22\" class=\"ek-link\">Sowan et al., 2023<\/a>]), metab\u00f2lics (lactat sanguini) i perceptius, en el transcurs d\u2019una competici\u00f3 internacional en la qual intervenen esportistes d\u2019alt nivell d\u2019Espanya, Finl\u00e0ndia, Hongria, el Per\u00fa i Romania en categories A i B. Les categories A i B corresponen a la classificaci\u00f3 funcional mitjan\u00e7ant la qual es competeix en esgrima paral\u00edmpica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El seu c\u00e0lcul facilitar\u00e0 objectivar la c\u00e0rrega de condicionament a aquest tipus de tiradors i l\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 de la programaci\u00f3 de la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica enfocada a la competici\u00f3, per contrarestar la fatiga a m\u00e9s de contribuir a un coneixement m\u00e9s gran d\u2019aquest esport paral\u00edmpic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Metodologia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Participants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es va organitzar un torneig internacional d\u2019esgrima en cadira de rodes amb l\u2019arma de l\u2019espasa. Dins d\u2019aquest, es van diferenciar 3 competicions amb el total de participants (<em>n<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;16): i) una amb esportistes de categoria A (<em>n<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp; 7), els m\u00e9s funcionals amb equilibri correcte assegut, mobilitat de tronc i bona funci\u00f3 del bra\u00e7 armat; ii) una segona de categoria B (<em>n<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;5), amb discapacitat en cames, tronc o el bra\u00e7 armat, i iii) l\u2019\u00faltima amb aquelles persones que eren de categoria B per\u00f2 tenien menys experi\u00e8ncia (<em>n<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;4). Els pa\u00efsos participants van ser Espanya (11), Hongria (1), Finl\u00e0ndia (2), Romania (1) i Per\u00fa (1). Les caracter\u00edstiques de la mostra es descriuen a la Taula 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"volver1570601\" class=\"wp-block-group ver-tabla is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-3 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" id=\"volver1540601\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large no-figura\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"650\" height=\"467\" src=\"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/taula.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/taula.png 650w, https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/taula-300x216.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p id=\"volver1460303\"><strong>Taula 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Caracteritzaci\u00f3 de la mostra d\u2019esportistes en cadira de rodes participants en l\u2019estudi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\" id=\"volver1540601\"><a href=\"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/ca\/tablas\/tabla-1-157-06\/\" class=\"ek-link\">Veure Taula<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estudi va ser aprovat pel Comit\u00e8 d\u2019\u00c8tica d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 (CEI) de la Universitat Cat\u00f2lica de Val\u00e8ncia amb la Resoluci\u00f3 n\u00fam. UCV\/2022-2023\/107, sobre els lineaments descrits en la Declaraci\u00f3 de H\u00e8lsinki sobre la conducta d\u2019assajos cl\u00ednics en humans, i totes les persones participants en l\u2019estudi van firmar el consentiment informat corresponent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Material i m\u00e8tode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada esportista va efectuar dues proves antropom\u00e8triques espec\u00edfiques: c\u00e0lcul de la talla assegut i envergadura. No s\u2019han fet valoracions habituals com el pes o la talla dempeus per impossibilitat de dur-ho a terme en la majoria dels casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la talla assegut, s\u2019ha situat el participant en sedestaci\u00f3 sobre un tamboret de 44 cm. En posici\u00f3 dreta, i manipulant el cap fins a arribar a l\u2019angle de Frankfort, s\u2019ha posicionat l\u2019estadi\u00f2metre (Seca 213, Hamburg, Alemanya) sobre el v\u00e8rtex. S\u2019ha restat el resultat a la mesura del seient per obtenir l\u2019al\u00e7ada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cas del mesurament de l\u2019envergadura, amb el participant en sedestaci\u00f3 sobre un tamboret sense respatller, i amb els dos malucs i esc\u00e0pules en contacte amb la paret, se li ha demanat que faci una abducci\u00f3 d\u2019espatlles i extensi\u00f3 de colzes, deixant les falanges esteses. S\u2019ha pres la mida m\u00e0xima existent entre el dit del mig de les dues mans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es van analitzar les dades de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca de reserva, \u00edndex aer\u00f2bic de Wint i percepci\u00f3 subjectiva de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 (RPE) per determinar la fatiga que s\u2019acumula durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019una competici\u00f3. Despr\u00e9s de cada fase, per determinar l\u2019estr\u00e8s metab\u00f2lic, es van recollir els nivells de lactat de cada participant passats 3 minuts de la finalitzaci\u00f3 de cada assalt, sobre el l\u00f2bul de l\u2019orella amb Lactate Pro2 (Arkray Inc., Kyoto, Jap\u00f3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paral\u00b7lelament a la presa d\u2019aquestes mostres, es va anotar la percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de cada un d\u2019aquells moments fent servir l\u2019escala Omni-res de <a href=\"#20\" class=\"ek-link\">Robertson et al. (2003)<\/a>, a fi d\u2019establir la correlaci\u00f3 entre indicadors fisiol\u00f2gics i perceptius. En el cas dels models per determinar els canvis en la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca i l\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 de lactat, es va ajustar el model:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em>Y~Fase*(Experi\u00e8ncia+Categoria+Sexe<\/em>)+1(1|<em>ID<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mentre que per al model que determina els canvis en la percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 es va ajustar de la manera seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em>Y~Fase<\/em><em>*<\/em><em>(Experi\u00e8ncia+Categoria+Sexe)+FC+Lactat+(1|ID)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019aquesta manera es tenen en compte tots els factors estudiats i les interaccions de primer nivell entre els factors sociodemogr\u00e0fics i la fase de competici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En segon lloc, s\u2019ha ajustat l\u2019estructura aleat\u00f2ria del model, utilitzant l\u2019individu (ID), estimant els coeficients amb el m\u00e8tode REML. Posteriorment, s\u2019ha ajustat l\u2019estructura fixa del model amb el m\u00e8tode ML, i s\u2019han eliminat de manera iterativa les interaccions fins que el model deixa de millorar. Finalment, es reporta el model \u00f2ptim estimant els coeficients amb el m\u00e8tode REML. Per a la interpretaci\u00f3 del model, s\u2019han at\u00e8s els coeficients i els resultats de l\u2019ANOVA tipus II. Per als factors categ\u00f2rics significatius, s\u2019han fet comparacions <em>post hoc<\/em> per mitj\u00e0 del paquet emmeans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tots els models compactats s\u2019han comparat entre si mitjan\u00e7ant el criteri d\u2019informaci\u00f3 d\u2019Akaike corregit (AICc). En tots els casos, s\u2019han comprovat els sup\u00f2sits dels models lineals, inspeccionant visualment els residus i els residus DHARMa. Els models s\u2019han ajustat amb els paquets lme4 v.1.1-30 i lmerTest v.3.1-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totes les an\u00e0lisis s\u2019han fet amb R (<a href=\"#19\" class=\"ek-link\">R Core Team, 2013<\/a>) v.4.2.2. La lectura de les taules de dades s\u2019ha fet amb el paquet openxlsx v. 4.2.5 (per a arxius xlsx) i\/o amb haven v.2.5.0 (per a arxius sav). Els gr\u00e0fics s\u2019han dissenyat amb ggplot2 v.3.3.6 ggpubr v.0.4.0 i altres funcions integrades als paquets ja esmentats. En totes les an\u00e0lisis s\u2019ha utilitzat \u03b1&nbsp;=&nbsp;.05.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resultats<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els valors inicials de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca abans de la competici\u00f3 van ser de 87.88&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;23.29&nbsp;bpm<sup>-1<\/sup>, mentre que els valors de lactat van ser de 2.36&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.84&nbsp;mmol\u00b7l<sup>-1<\/sup>. A la Figura 2, es mostra l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca en cada una de les fases. Es reflecteix que en les fases d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca va ser m\u00e9s gran de manera significativa i sense difer\u00e8ncia entre sexes (<em>p<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;.605). El test de Tukey indica canvis significatius entre les dues fases de la competici\u00f3 (<em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.014). S\u2019ha detectat un efecte significatiu que indica que en les fases de competici\u00f3 hi va haver una percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 1.34&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.43 punts m\u00e9s gran que en la fase pr\u00e8via.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/FIGURA-3-157-06-CAT.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Variaci\u00f3 de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca i la percepci\u00f3 d\u2019esfor\u00e7 en les fases de poule i d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenint en compte les diferents fases de la competici\u00f3, hi va haver difer\u00e8ncies significatives entre la fase inicial i les posteriors (<em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.028 i <em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.002), sense presentar aquest augment significatiu entre les fases F4 i F2 ni reportar difer\u00e8ncies entre sexes (<em>p<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;.535).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Discussi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s important identificar quines s\u00f3n les respostes fisiol\u00f2giques derivades d\u2019una competici\u00f3 real, ja que perfila les necessitats condicionals de l\u2019esportista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les caracter\u00edstiques de cada un dels assalts s\u2019assemblen a un exercici de car\u00e0cter interv\u00e0lic, en els quals hi ha un gran nivell d\u2019incertesa pel seu patr\u00f3 intermitent. En contextos en els quals no sigui possible el mesurament de par\u00e0metres respiratoris com ara el VO<sub>2<\/sub> m\u00e0x., disposar de registres cardiocirculatoris, metab\u00f2lics i perceptius \u00e9s adequat (<a href=\"#15\" class=\"ek-link\">L\u00f3pez-Chicharro i Vicente-Campos, 201<\/a>8) per detectar i posteriorment abordar amb precisi\u00f3 les necessitats de millora que es presentin. Atenent aquest raonament,<a href=\"#12\" class=\"ek-link\"> Iglesias et al. (2023)<\/a> presenten un estudi sobre esgrima en cadira de rodes en el qual s\u2019afirma que podem utilitzar la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca per estimar el consum d\u2019oxigen assumint una certa subestimaci\u00f3 (9.9\u2006%) per\u00f2 amb bons \u00edndexs de correlaci\u00f3 (<em>r<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;.843, <em>p<\/em>&nbsp;&lt;&nbsp;.001).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el desenvolupament de la competici\u00f3, la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca ha obtingut una mitjana de 14.08&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;5.33 pulsacions m\u00e9s en l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa que en les <em>poules<\/em>, aspecte que confirma el que <a href=\"#25\" class=\"ek-link\">Turner et al. (2017b)<\/a> comenten, indicant que aquella fase, amb 15 tocats per assalt, condiciona el contrast d\u2019aquest valor (<em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp; .014) entre les dues fases, per despr\u00e9s estabilitzar-se fins al final de la competici\u00f3 (F8-F4 <em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.875, F8-F2 <em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.830, F4-F2 <em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.561). Aquesta troballa indica que tant l\u2019esgrima ol\u00edmpica com la paral\u00edmpica presenten comportaments similars en la resposta cardiocirculat\u00f2ria, en les dues modalitats augmenta la fatiga de manera progressiva i mostra una alta correlaci\u00f3 amb la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca de reserva (<em>r&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.90) i amb l\u2019\u00edndex de la c\u00e0rrega aer\u00f2bica de Wint (<em>r&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.76). Aquesta an\u00e0lisi s\u2019ha de tenir en compte, vinculada al ritme respiratori, que es veu incrementat respecte a un altre tipus de pr\u00e0ctiques, ja que la resist\u00e8ncia nasal despr\u00e9s d\u2019un assalt \u00e9s de 0.28&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;.16&nbsp;Pa<sup>cm3\/s<\/sup>. Sense aquesta, en una pr\u00e0ctica normal d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, el valor mitj\u00e0 \u00e9s de 0.24&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;.15&nbsp;Pa<sup>cm3\/s<\/sup>,i per tant s\u2019evidencien difer\u00e8ncies significatives entre utilitzar o no la careta d\u2019esgrima abans i despr\u00e9s de la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva (<em>p<\/em>&nbsp;&lt;&nbsp;.05) (<a href=\"#18\" class=\"ek-link\">Passali et al., 2015<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des del punt de vista metab\u00f2lic, no hi ha cap difer\u00e8ncia significativa en l\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 del lactat entre fases (<em>p<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;.656): s\u2019observa un efecte marginalment significatiu entre la primera i la segona fase de la competici\u00f3 (F8-F4) (<em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.037). Si s\u2019analitza l\u2019efecte que la fase de competici\u00f3 t\u00e9 sobre l\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 de lactat, aquest \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran en l\u2019\u00faltim tram de la competici\u00f3 que en el primer. Aquesta dada concorda amb el que ocorre en l\u2019esgrima ol\u00edmpica en competici\u00f3 (<a href=\"#25\" class=\"ek-link\">Turner et al., 2017b<\/a>), en la qual es produeixen valors superiors a 4 mmol l<sup>-1<\/sup> en la part final del torneig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tampoc no es donen variacions significatives (<em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.089) quan es t\u00e9 en compte la categoria; l\u2019A n\u2019acumula una mica m\u00e9s que la B (1.307&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.715). S\u00ed que resulta rellevant tenir en compte que, com m\u00e9s experi\u00e8ncia, m\u00e9s petit \u00e9s l\u2019increment (disminueix 0.127&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;0.064 mmol\u00b7l<sup>-1<\/sup>), element que es pot vincular al fet que esgrimidors d\u2019elit s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de generar una velocitat m\u00e9s gran respecte a esgrimidors amb un nivell inferior, malgrat que el seu lactat en sang incrementa (<a href=\"#29\" class=\"ek-link\">Weichenberger et al., 2012<\/a>) respecte a aquells amb un nivell inferior. Aquesta dada resulta rellevant ja que la fatiga perif\u00e8rica que es produeix comporta defici\u00e8ncies coordinatives que poden impedir executar amb precisi\u00f3 gestos t\u00e8cnics que requereixen velocitat m\u00e0xima (<a href=\"#28\" class=\"ek-link\">Varesco et al., 2023<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La percepci\u00f3 de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 ha seguit un cam\u00ed an\u00e0leg a la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca. S\u2019ha anat incrementant a mesura que avan\u00e7ava la competici\u00f3, i ha destacat de manera significativa entre <em>poules<\/em> i assalts d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa (<em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.004) i cada una de les fases posteriors (F8-F4 <em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.028; F8-F2 <em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.002), tret de l\u2019\u00faltima (F4-F2 <em>p&nbsp;<\/em>=&nbsp;.212). Aquest augment s\u2019ha produ\u00eft en paral\u00b7lel a la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca (.03&nbsp;\u00b1&nbsp;.014 per cada unitat de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca). Aquest fet confirma la relaci\u00f3 entre la percepci\u00f3 i la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, que en esgrima ol\u00edmpica havia obtingut una correlaci\u00f3 molt alta en competici\u00f3 (<em>r<\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;.82-92) (<a href=\"#24\" class=\"ek-link\">Turner et al., 2017a<\/a>), la qual cosa reafirma que els assalts d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa s\u00f3n els de m\u00e9s demanda fisiol\u00f2gica (<a href=\"#2\" class=\"ek-link\">Bottoms et al., 2023<\/a>). En aquest sentit, no s\u2019ha trobat una relaci\u00f3 consistent entre la percepci\u00f3 subjectiva de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i l\u2019increment de lactat en sang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principals conclusions que es poden extreure a partir de les respostes cardiocirculat\u00f2ries \u00e9s que la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca m\u00e9s elevada es produeix en les fases d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 directa i s\u2019estabilitza cap al final de la competici\u00f3. Des del punt de vista metab\u00f2lic, no hi ha difer\u00e8ncies entre fases en l\u2019acumulaci\u00f3 de lactat, que descriu un augment gradual. Finalment, els valors perceptius segueixen un augment progressiu durant el torneig. Con\u00e8ixer les respostes produ\u00efdes en una competici\u00f3 real d\u2019esgrima en cadira de rodes pot permetre l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 de la prescripci\u00f3 d\u2019exercici a les necessitats f\u00edsiques i tecnicot\u00e0ctiques de l\u2019esportista de manera espec\u00edfica, sense haver de fer, com fins ara, adaptacions sobre l\u2019esgrima ol\u00edmpica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finan\u00e7ament<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest estudi va rebre un finan\u00e7ament de 6.500 \u20ac del projecte titulat \u201cVariables Fisiol\u00f2giques d\u2019Esgrima a Silla de Rodes\u201d (#2023-233-003) de la Universitat Cat\u00f2lica de Val\u00e8ncia i es va dur a terme a la Facultat de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica i de l\u2019Esport i Fisioter\u00e0pia de la Universitat Cat\u00f2lica de Val\u00e8ncia, Espanya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resum L\u2019esgrima en cadira de rodes \u00e9s un esport caracteritzat per esfor\u00e7os de car\u00e0cter intermitent en qu\u00e8 el ritme de les accions \u00e9s m\u00e0xim.
