La mostra, composta per 35 persones, es va dividir en dos grups: l\u2019exercici i el de control. Despr\u00e9s de 24 setmanes d\u2019entrenament les participants van ser novament avaluades amb dos salts verticals, el test <em>chair estand, step 2 minuts, chair sit and reach, back scratch,<\/em> el test Geriatric Depression Scale i el test SF-12.
