Plantegem un estudi aleatori amb dos grups paral\u00b7lels (SGA, <em>n\u2009<\/em>=\u200910 vs. EA, <em>n<\/em>\u2009=\u200912), amb participants majors de 55 anys, que van tenir els seg\u00fcents criteris d\u2019exclusi\u00f3: patologia del raquis i\/o dolor d\u2019esquena cr\u00f2nic, rea\u00adlitzar de manera sistem\u00e0tica qualsevol activitat que millori la flexibilitat. Es van realitzar proves de valoraci\u00f3 a totes les persones participants abans (T1) i despr\u00e9s (T2) de la intervenci\u00f3 (10 setmanes). Les proves realitzades van ser: mesurament de talla, test dits-terra, postura en relaci\u00f3 amb la vertical (dist\u00e0ncia lumbar, cervical i occipital), i mesuraments respiratoris. Els resultats mostren que el grup SGA va incrementar la talla (T1\u2009=\u2009173.6\u2009\u00b1\u20096 cm vs. T2\u2009=\u2009173.9\u00b16.1 cm; <em>p<\/em>\u2009=\u2009.034) i va disminuir la dist\u00e0ncia en el test dits-terra (T1\u2009=\u200919.5\u2009\u00b1\u200911.9\u00a0cm vs. T2\u2009=\u200910.2\u00b113.4 cm; <em>p<\/em>\u2009=\u2009.008), aix\u00ed com les dist\u00e0ncies lumbars (T1\u2009=\u20094\u2009\u00b1\u20090.4 cm vs. T2\u2009=\u20093.5\u2009\u00b1\u20090.8 cm; <em>p<\/em>\u2009=\u2009.029) i cervicals (T1\u2009=\u20096.6\u2009\u00b1\u20092.5 cm vs. T2\u2009=\u20095.6\u00b12.1 cm; <em>p<\/em>\u2009=\u2009.023). El grup EA va aconseguir disminuir els valors en el test dits-terra (T1\u2009=\u200915.6\u2009\u00b1\u200913.5 cm vs. T2\u2009=\u20097.4\u2009\u00b1\u200913.1\u00a0cm; <em>p\u2009<\/em>=\u2009.001) aix\u00ed com la dist\u00e0ncia lumbar (T1\u2009=\u20093\u2009\u00b1\u20091.4 cm vs.<br \/>T2= 2.7\u2009\u00b1\u20091.4 cm; <em>p<\/em>\u2009=\u2009.027). No es van trobar canvis en la funci\u00f3 respirat\u00f2ria en cap dels dos grups estudiats. Respecte a\u00a0les an\u00e0lisis intergrups, \u00fanicament hi havia difer\u00e8ncies en la talla (0.32\u2009\u00b1\u20090.1 cm; <em>p\u2009<\/em>=\u2009.047) suggerint una millora a favor del SGA enfront dels EA i en canvi, els EA semblaven millorar m\u00e9s la VEF1 (\u20130.43\u2009\u00b1\u20090.19 L; <em>p<\/em>\u2009=\u2009.039) enfront del SGA.
