{"id":12185,"date":"2020-10-27T11:24:17","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T11:24:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/?p=12185"},"modified":"2020-11-09T08:58:59","modified_gmt":"2020-11-09T08:58:59","slug":"efecte-dun-programa-hiit-versus-entrenament-continu-extensiu-en-individus-inexperts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/ca\/efecte-dun-programa-hiit-versus-entrenament-continu-extensiu-en-individus-inexperts\/","title":{"rendered":"Efecte d\u2019un programa HIIT versus entrenament continu extensiu en individus inexperts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resum<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu del present estudi va ser analitzar l\u2019efecte d\u2019un entrenament interv\u00e0lic intensiu (HIIT) i comparar-lo amb l\u2019efecte d\u2019un entrenament continu extensiu (cursa cont\u00ednua) en les variables de pes corporal, % de greix corporal i \u00adVO2m\u00e0x. 32 participants sense experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00e8via (mitjana\u2009\u00b1\u2009DE: 22.37\u2009\u00b1\u20091.8 anys d\u2019edat; 65.52\u2009\u00b1\u200911.98 kg de pes; 170.66\u2009\u00b1\u20099.95 cm d\u2019altura) van ser assignats de forma alea\u00adt\u00f2ria a un grup d\u2019entrenament HIIT o de cursa cont\u00ednua de tres sessions setmanals durant 10 setmanes. Les sessions d\u2019HIIT van tenir una durada de 20-25 min, basant-se en exercicis funcionals d\u2019autoc\u00e0rrega amb una relaci\u00f3 treball\/descans de 20\/10 s. Les sessions de cursa cont\u00ednua van tenir una durada de 60 min sense sobrepassar el 70% del \u00adVO2m\u00e0x. personal. Tots dos grups van obtenir millores significatives (<em>p<\/em>\u2009&lt;\u2009.05) en les variables d\u2019estudi: pes corporal, % de greix corporal i \u00adVO2m\u00e0x.
