M\u00e8tode: es va dur a terme una recerca d\u2019informaci\u00f3 en les bases de dades PubMed, MedLine i SportsDiscus on es van identificar 59 articles que complien els criteris seg\u00fcents: a) Estudis que incloguin programes d\u2019entrenament pliom\u00e8tric de membres inferiors, b) Que continguin programes experimentals i mesures v\u00e0lides i segures.
