Les dades van ser recollides en una enquesta entre els clients actuals de centres esportius municipals. Una an\u00e0lisi factorial aplicada a aquesta informaci\u00f3 revela cinc dimensions que subjeuen als m\u00faltiples components de l\u2019oferta de serveis en aquestes instal\u00b7lacions: la seva qualitat, els recursos humans, la comunicaci\u00f3, l\u2019entorn social i la relaci\u00f3 qualitat-preu. Les variables generades van ser incorporades a un model de regressi\u00f3 m\u00faltiple en qu\u00e8 la variable dependent va ser la satisfacci\u00f3 del client. D\u2019acord amb els resultats les dones i els usuaris majors de 60 anys valoren m\u00e9s positivament el servei rebut, mentre que a major nivell d\u2019estudis, m\u00e9s exigents s\u00f3n els clients.
