Les noves directrius proposades tenen en compte la durada&nbsp;(i la intensitat) de l\u2019exercici i l\u2019assessorament no es limita a la&nbsp;quantitat de carbohidrats, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 en proposa el tipus. La&nbsp;ingesta recomanada de carbohidrats es pot assolir consumint begudes,&nbsp;gels amb pocs greixos o aliments s\u00f2lids baixos en prote\u00efnes&nbsp;i en fibra (barretes) i l\u2019elecci\u00f3 s\u2019ha de basar en les prefer\u00e8ncies&nbsp;personals.
